Experience a personalised one-on-one session where we curate the perfect hair system, tailored exclusively to elevate your lifestyle.

We believe that luxury should be accessible, and our transparent pricing ensures that you know exactly what to expect.

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Read our FAQS and familiarise yourself with our hair systems menu

  • Go online to our booking system and find a time that suits you

  • You’ll receive an email from us with details of how to pay the consultation deposit, which will be deducted from the cost of your hair system

A one-on-one exploratory consultation.

At your consultation, you’ll be able to tell us your vision (even better if you bring along some inspo pictures) and we can discuss the perfect hair system, tailored especially for you.

Once you join us as a client, you will be able to book future appointments online.

Note: Due to the variations in quality from other vendors, Arthur Andrew has chosen to work with Lavivid. Unfortunately, systems sourced from other providers cannot be fitted.

01 THE CONSULTATION (FOR NEW CLIENTS)

HAIR SYSTEM MENU

The total investment is $1,800

Includes: Hair system (chosen during consultation), fitting of hair system, haircut and style, full styling and product education, maintenance education and an aftercare pack.

PRICE BREAKDOWN

$50 for the initial consultation (redeemable when you order your hair system)
$850 when you order your hair system
$900 for your hair system installation appointment.

To replace your hair system thereafter, the investment is $900 (every 3-5 months)

*Your $50 consultation deposit is redeemed against your first hair system.

*$100 off first investment when you feature in before and after shots for our social media.

03 MAINTANENCE SERVICES

Partial Refresh & Cut (3 weeks) $45

Partial Refresh & Cut (longer than 3 weeks) $75

~ This involves trimming your sides and maintaining hairline.

Full Tape Refresh & Cut (3 weeks) $65

Full Tape Refresh & Cut (longer than 3 weeks) $110

~ This involves removing your hair system and tape. We'll clipper your scalp, provide scalp-spa treatments, trim your sides, re-tape, re-install and style your hair system

Colour Refresh $100

~ You may need this service more frequently during the summer months as the Australasian sun fades the colour faster.

Please note: if you do not attend your consultation, your deposit is non-refundable. If you then wish to make another consultation booking with us, a further deposit will be payable.

We require a 24-hour notice if you wish to change your consultation booking.
